Pathways Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counseling and referrals to help client employees and their family members resolve problems that may be affecting personal lives or job performance, such as stress, depression, grief, relationship issues and substance abuse. The EAP is free to Pathways clients’ employees and their family members.
Beyond short-term counseling, the EAP also offers a wide array of resources that impact productivity and well-being, like legal and financial consultation, referrals to dependent care resources, identity theft recovery assistance, and consultations for supervisors who are dealing with challenging employee situations.
Employees of Pathways clients (and their family members) can access the program in one of two ways:
- Call… (888) 621-6155 to speak with a Pathways EAP consultant.
- Visit… the Pathways EAP website. Use your company name (with no spaces) as the username.
Update: As of March 1, 2017, Pathways EAP will be known as the ‘SupportLinc EAP’. Client employees and their family members can still access the EAP through the same phone number (1-888-621-6155) and web portal referenced above. However, the new program will contain several enhancements, such as a mobile app for iPhone and Android, around-the-clock access to licensed clinicians, mindfulness and stress management resources, and much more.
