health, our family relationships and even our job performance. Because
of this, your employer has contracted with Pathways EAP to provide confidential,
free professional counseling for you and your family.

How do I use Pathways EAP services?…
For further information or to schedule an appointment with a counselor, call (815) 398-7483 or 1-800-987-9067 during regular business hours. For urgent situations, Pathways EAP is on-call 24 hours a day for Pathways clients. If this is an emergency, go to your nearest emergency facility or call your primary physician.
