Depression Self Assessment Quiz

Everybody feels sad and blue at times. But if you've been down in the dumps consistently for more than a week, it may be more than just the blues. You could be suffering from depression. To check whether you are, read the symptoms on our chart. If they apply to you, decide whether your symptoms are mild, modertate or severe. Nervous agitation: constant pacing about, drumming with fingers and the like, or, the exact opposite: moving so slowly that the simplest task becomes an effort.
Unable to find pleasure in activities you usually enjoy. Decreased sex drive.
Feelings of guilt and self-reproach.
Finding it hard to concentrate or make decisions.
